The short version
awdynce is a music discovery app for unsigned artists, currently in pre-launch. The app today has no user accounts, no sign-up, and no third-party analytics. We collect as close to nothing as an app can.
What the app stores — and where
Your activity in the app — tracks you boost, your listening queue, your in-app preferences — is stored locally on your device. It is not uploaded to our servers and is deleted when you delete the app.
Cover art, artist images, and audio previews are streamed from their hosting services when you browse; standard technical data (such as your IP address) is visible to those services as part of any network request, as with any app.
What we don't do (yet)
- No accounts or profiles — we hold no email addresses, names, or passwords.
- No analytics or tracking SDKs, no advertising identifiers.
- No selling or sharing of personal data — we don't have any to sell.
- No precise location collection.
When accounts or other online features launch, this policy will be updated first, and the app will tell you what changes before anything new is collected.
User-generated content & moderation
Artist uploads and other user-generated content are moderated. To report content that is abusive, infringing, or otherwise shouldn't be on the platform, email support@awdynce.com. Reports are reviewed and objectionable content and the users responsible are removed.
Children
awdynce is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
